Production

Design Department

The production of high-quality, fashionable clothes that meet the best international standards is impossible without the use of advanced techniques and technology at all stages of production, including the design and modelling stage, which determines the fate of the new clothes model.

3D garment design, which is developing rapidly, gives accurate results of pattern construction by non-contact method. But the main thing is that there is no need to spend time on mastering construction techniques, a lot of fitting and adjustments of the product.

The process of obtaining a pattern is divided into three stages: scanning the figure, processing the scan in the programme to an individual mannequin, and making patterns. Then you can “try on” any product and see on the monitor screen how it will look like in motion.

Cutting and preparation area - CAD

The introduction of CAD and its application provides raw material savings of up to 5%. Savings are achieved by rationing inter-fitting waste, compacting layouts, eliminating losses associated with pattern trimming.

The operator can rotate parts, move along the X and Y axes, fold a symmetrical part, cut the part at any place into parts with seam allowance, set any part to the required allowance. It is possible to simulate the fabric pattern (plaid, stripes), to mark the markings for overlaying, to enlarge the required layout area.

Experimental area

In the experimental shop works are carried out to increase the efficiency of production. This is achieved by improving the design and technology of products, introducing new equipment and means of small mechanisation, assisting the workshops in mastering new models.

Customised clothing is now becoming popular. And it is not only about individual style and high quality. As a result, you get not only a beautiful and high-quality product that fits perfectly, but also an acceptable price for exclusive tailoring.

Garment manufacturing

We carry out full-cycle sewing production. Mass tailoring of products of any complexity is one of our key positions. We are a co-executor of contracts for sewing uniforms, outerwear and special clothing.

Equipped with the latest equipment and professional staff production, which occupies a large area, as well as have warehouses. Convenient location in the centre of Dushanbe city, makes cooperation with us profitable, not only in terms of high quality production, but also in logistics.

Washing and dyeing area

Depending on the composition of the fabric, the dyeing technology is selected and a suitable type of dye is chosen.

Before dyeing, the product is first cleaned of impurities, top lint, traces of grease and wax, which give fabrics water-repellent properties and prevent the dye from penetrating the fibres.

Stone wash – washing finished denim, with stones. Stone wash is used for colour and ageing effect, scuffed jeans. For washing with stones is characterised by the effect of chafing on the folds of the product. Garment wash – normal washing without adding any chemicals.

Wet-heat treatment area

The main task of wet-heat treatment is to give finished products a marketable appearance, a shape that ensures a good fit on the consumer’s body in accordance with the model samples

Industrial ironing presses are more universal. Thanks to the use of any ironing press, the ironing process is much faster than with an ordinary iron. In addition, many models have a fairly large working surface, so you can iron the whole thing at once.

Denim engraving

Laser engraving can easily replace all known methods at once.

With the help of laser radiation on the basic fabric it is possible to create cuts in the places where they are conceived by the fashion designer and apply any image, logo, patterns, or give the effect of worn.
