We purchased new automatic equipment from Japan, Germany, Denmark, USA, Turkey and Russia with a total capacity of 2 million units per year (when working in two shifts).

Scientists and specialists from Russia, Italy, Germany and Turkey were attracted from the shareholder’s side to conduct training of employees of Gulistoni Dushanbe OJSC.

Gulistoni Dushanbe CJSC systematically increases the number and types of products. It mainly produces men’s, women’s and children’s trousers, shirts, skirts, capri trousers, shorts, breeches, jackets, etc. from denim, cotton and mixed fabrics. This year the production of disposable medical products and disposable working overalls made of non-woven chemical fabric has been established.

We have existing contracts with several Chinese, Pakistani and Turkish factories for the supply of fabrics. We also use internally produced fabrics: denim, cotton and blended fabrics.

Quality control

Quality control of garments is carried out by organoleptic and measuring methods. Organoleptic method – inspection of the product worn on a mannequin or placed on a table, comparing it with a reference sample, checking fastenings, glue joints, combining symmetrical parts to check their size and shape.

We have extensive experience and the right tools to detect product defects.

We work with wholesalers of city markets. We receive orders for the manufacture of workwear from enterprises and organisations.

Our buyers and customers are such companies as LLC “Textiltrade” (Moscow, Russia), LLC “Group of sports brands” (Russia) and LLC “AVM Sport” (Russia). Work in the direction of increasing the number of potential customers in Russia continues on a daily basis.
